So, when Superdrug sent me some fab products to review, I fancied doing something different…
I pondered about it on the bus to and from work, which allowed me to be disciplined with my rations of Sophie Kinsella’s Twenties Girl, which I still haven’t finished, more because I’ve been so busy than anything else.
There’s been lots of change in Deafinitely Girly’s life recently, some good, some bad.
The good change has been in the products on my bathroom shelf – gone are my usual bits and bobs and in their place sits the lovely shiny, autumnal-looking packaging of Superdrug’s new Natural High Range.
And that’s when I decided what I’d do this week – I’d have a battle of the brands and you can see the results in the video below.
I must confess, I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to video making – if you’ve seen my carnival videos on You Tube, you’ll see what I mean, but I really did enjoy making this, mainly because it was completely subtitled, therefore completely accessible for people like me.
For non-deaf peeps, I was hoping for a nice rock soundtrack to accompany it, but being a YouTube novice, I got my wrists slapped by Warner for breach of copyright when I tried to upload the original music. I tried adding a track from their approved list but I’m not convinced it’s worked, and being deaf…
well, I can’t really tell that easily from the tinny sounds that tinkle from Pink Top as they’re all out of my frequency.
Anyway, have a peek and let me know what you think!

Pity you couldn’t use the sound track. Strikes me the singer would have free advertising…. still has really as you have been nice enough to leave the credit! PS enjoyed video!
Great job on the video!
