I went into town today to buy an outfit for tomorrow night (another 21st mini party then out to town – yay), but once again struggled to find anything decent. It always happens; whenever I have money I see nothing, and whenever I’m penniless I want everything. I settled for a rather day-time looking dress from River Island, as there was literally nothing in any of the other stores. But I reckon I can jazz it up with a sequin bolero thing, statement jewellery and floral hairclips. Not sure what shoes yet…I have had my eye on perfect orange heels from Topshop for a while now (I couldn’t justify spending most of my voucher of them for some reason..REGRET!) but at £60, they’re quite pricey. But look at how gorgeous they are…

They would look so good with my new dress. Sigh.

Did anyone catch Kanye West being a grade A loser on the VMAs? He interruped Taylor Swift’s (I l o v e her) acceptance speech saying that Beyonce should have won as her video is one of the “best videos of all time”. Get a grip Kanye! Totally ruined her few minutes in the limelight, so unfair! Beyonce redeemed the situation by allowing her to have her speech when she had won her award, bless her. I was nearly in tears, it was so sweet! See for yourself here.

Moved in most of my stuff into my flat for Year 2 @ uni, move back officially next week. Can’t wait for freshers week antics! Apart from that, having got much else to say really! xo
