Hey everyone, I’m going to be writing a review on the amazing products that Superdrug have so kindly sent me.Â
The first item is a cosmopolitan kabuki brush, i really liked this item as it had the cutest little case to keep it in and it was nicely presented, the bristles were soft and tightly packed so there was no annoying hairs going all over my face, it also blended my bronzer effortlessly.

Ok so next was the Cosmopolitan make-up sponges, again the packaging was well presented and great looking, the make-up sponges are a generous size and blended my foundation really well, even around the nose and eye area, the sponge was soft on the skin and didn’t suck up all of my foundation!
So i was really impressed with these.
I was also sent a Cosmopolitan travel manicure set, again very nice packaging, this set is ideal for carrying around in your handbag as it has everything you would need in an emergency, I’ve actually been taking mine to work as that’s where I break all my nails!
Next onto the make-up items, I was sent An Elite Nail polish in Salsa, a lip gloss in gorgeous red, a foundation compact in moyan and two eye pencils in dark grey and black. The nail polish is a gorgeous bright red without being to orangy, I needed two coats to get full coverage, the colour was glossy and very hard wearing it lasted two days on my fingernails that’s pretty good going considering I’m a barmaid and most polishes last 2 hours at the most.
The lip gloss was a bit of a daring shade for me i usually stick to neutrals, however this was glossy and very highly pigmented so it was a true red that matched the nail polish perfectly, it lasted about 3 hours before i had to top it up I must say that i think I’ve been converted no more neutral lips!
The foundation compact was a little dark for me but I tested it anyway, the texture was smooth and silky not gritty at all and seemed to give good coverage, i didn’t even put powder on top so it was pretty matte.

 And last but not least the eye pencils, I really liked these as they were both long wearing, smooth to put on and hardly smudged even after a long shift on a very hot day. The dark grey had a slight shimmer to it so it really made my green eyes sparkle ideal for during the day and the black was quite highly pigmented so I achieved a good solid line. All in all I was so happy to have tested great products like these. Hope you have enjoyed this blog!
