Superdrug set us the final challenge of creatively reviewing a whole bunch of products including Bloom, 2true and Scandalous. I chose to review in the form of videos and photography. I apologise now for my voice – I hate hearing my voice played back its just horrendous! But hopefully you’ll enjoy it…

I found the video process quite enjoyable really, although I had to reshoot several times as I just wasn’t happy and kept making mistakes! But I reckon this will be the first of many videos to come…

I’ve took some photographs of the products featured in the video:

Scandalous Volumising Shampoo and Conditioner – As I said I thought they did wonders for my hair, really salon thick  but the scent wasn’t too up my street. I will definitely continue to use these though as I’ve had compliments already from friends about how healthy my hair is looking!

Scandalous Firm Hold Hairspray and Heat Protection Spray – the Hairspray worked really well, definitely had a bounce back effect which it stated on the back of the bottle. As I said the whole product range is scented the same, I think it would have benefited if the scent was differered in every product slightly.

Superdrug’s own Strawberry and Raspberry Shower Gel – I raved about this in the post! Loved the smell of this, so refreshing and summery. Love fruity shower gels, always make me feel really clean and fresh!

Eek – forgot to mention the aromatherapy lip balm. Its a gorgeous peach scented lip balm which I’ll be giving to a friend. All the other products were great, the ebony brown shadow liner was a clear favourite for me. The fact I’ve had it on hours aswell and the colour hasn’t faded is a plus too!

2true Colour Drench Lipgloss Shade 6

The 2true products were a clear winner for me. As I said I love their lip glosses, especially these new Colour Drench range – forgot to mention they are laced with a strong vanilla scent which just makes them even better! The nail varnish is more red as the bottle in the photo suggests and in real life too! Still a nice tropical red colour but not as fluroescent.

I was really nervous putting this video up but hope you like! In the meantime I think I’ll get cracking with the Lipcote and Rimmel Lash Accelerator challenges, both which are just so appealing to me as they both involve cameras. Can’t wait and can’t thank Superdrug enough for picking me as Summer Insider in 2009 and to continue into Summer 2010. I don’t realise how lucky I am until I  receive huge bundles of gorgeous products from the postman. Thank you so much! Pleased to say I’ll be here until Christmas as an Autumn/Winter Insider!
