Then, she was overjoyed at the girl’s glamour pooch in it’s own little bag…..she loves bags does my youngest daughter and I imagine myself as seven and know that I would have been ecstatic to receive this in my stocking!

What child doesn’t love a bath filled with bubbles? Well my daughters enjoyed using the bubbles and then body lotion in this Bathing Beauty Handbag But……the icing on the cake…….was this fabulous funky trolley case which my daughter immediately thought would be perfect for taking on sleepovers! Oh to be seven again……there was nothing nearly as exciting as these gifts then! I want! I want!

But, not forgetting me, I received this lovely Beauty Bag duo…..my ton of make up is already transferred into the big bag and the smaller travel bag is in my hand bag! I cannot think of receiving anything more exciting than a stocking full of beauty products and accessories, apart from gold or diamond of course! I’ve been obsessed since a little girl and take great pleasure buying my daughters age related beauty products. So, thanks Superdrug for making our day.

I’m liking Impulse’s Very Pink body fragrance, very girly and perfect for my eldest daughter.

The children always get Lip salves in their stockings, ready to protect against chapped lips, and this year I’m loving all the different ‘flavours’ from Vaseline including Cocoa butter ( yum) and Aloe Vera. You can never have enough lip salves in my opinion, I have them everywhere to keep my lips soft at all times….in my bag, next to my bed, in the kitchen drawer. A bit like the tubes of hand cream that you can find in every room, hands are the first give sign of your age if you don’t look after them…..hey, a tube of hand cream in every stocking would be good too.

Bubble bath, every girl young or old loves bubble bath. I cherish and covert my bubbles and if the girls get plenty of their own then that leaves more for me.

I am loving this Winnie The Pooh hand set, gorgeousI expect make up will be featuring in their stockings too, my daughters are partial to experimenting with make-up, the seven year old seems to think that red eyeshadow is all the rage!

Oh and we mustn’t forget chocolate, every stocking has to contain the obligatory chocolate coins. Doesn’t it?

What would I like in my stocking? Perfume, Bubble Bath, Body Cream, Chocolate and books!

I received a wonderful box of goodies on Saturday and I would like to tell you about them.

Elite Luxe Laque nail polish in a beautiful red shade, it went on like a dream with no runny blobs that you get with some nail polish and I was very surprised at how quickly it dried to a lovely high shine finish. It looks today which is 3 days on just like it was applied. No chipping and still a very glamourous shine!

Cosmopolitan make up artist sponges are lovely and soft with a great feel to them, they seem to apply your foundation very evenly with no darker patches that I have found with some sponges.

Cosmopolitan RealTouch amazingly real nails, style no.21, I dont think I have seen false nails look so real before! They even have a side shadow effect which is lovely! They feel quite real and not just pieces of hard plastic like some of the current ones do. I have grown my own nails but I do buy false ones in case I break one of my own. I just pop on a falsie to complete my full set of lovely looking nails.

Cosmopolitan 4 way nail buffer, well what can I say? These are invaluable. You use side 1 for evening out ridges, side 2 for smoothing the nail surface, side 3 to buff the nail surface and finally side 4 to give a really high shine to the nail surface. I have had one of these before from another manufacturer and it was totally flat so wasn’t really that easy to use but this one is shaped perfectly to use without having to keep wiggling it over your nails.

Olay Deep Wrinkle Treatment, I have a couple of deep wrinkles on my forehead and I really think this works. It has a precision applicator so you don’t waste any and can easily precisely put it where your problems are. I think its helped already and I have only been using it for 3 days!

Elite velvet compact foundation, a great looking box with a lovely sized mirror so you can easily apply it on the go. I know why its called velvet foundation because it is very silky and lightweight and does exactly what it says on the box!

Elite Blush, lovely little blush set with its own brush that glides on great and gives a natural looking glow to the cheeks.

Repulp Gloss (plumping lipgloss), glides on the lips beautifully and tingles slightly but the result is a slightly plumped up gorgeous coloured rehydrated lips. Great product.

Smartigloss lipgloss, very pretty slightly glittery that glided on lovely and looked really nice and natural with a slight sparkle that looked great.

Crayon Contour eye pencil in black, great eye pencil that wasn’t too hard which I find that some are. Applied very easily with no crumbling and looked great!
